This machine is mainly used for stainless steel, hardened steel, carbide, copper, aluminum and the deep hole processing of other conductive materials.
Such as moly wire of EDM cutting workpiece, fiber spinneret, spinning holes of spinning plate,
group holes of filter board and sieve plate, cooling holes of motor blades and cylinder body, oil and gas channel hole of hydraulic and pneumatic valve.
Worktable’s X,Y axis is equipped with digital device.
Use pure water or tap water as the working fluid.
It can directly penetration process from inclined plane and curved plane.
The maximum depth ratio could be 200:1 or more.
This machine can also be used to remove aiguille and screw tap of workpiece and avoid damaging the original hole or threads.
The mechanical part is mainly composed of the coordinate worktable, spindle head, swivel head, column and machine tool body.
The electric cabinet is fixed in the machine tool body, including the pulse power supply, the principal axis servo system and the machine tool electric-appliances.
The operating fluid system includes the high-pressure pump and the operating fluid container, which are located at the side of machine tool body (seen as the above figure).
1 The coordinate worktable is fixed on the oil tray of the machine tool body.
It realizes the clamping and motions forward, backward, leftward and rightward of the work piece.
The raster display shows the motion distance (position).
2 The column is fixed on the base of the coordinate worktable.
It has the spindle head lift mechanism, spindle head, worktable and digital display.
3 The spindle head is located above the worktable.
It can make vertically upward and downward motions.
The spindle head is the primary part for electrode servo feeding during processing.
4 The swivel head is installed on the slide carriage in the spindle head.
It realizes the clamping, rotation, energizing of the electrode and
the sealed feeding of the high-pressure operating fluid and other functions.
